In all seriousness I actually wouldn't mind being a mod when I think about it. I've been here a long time and enjoy being a member, however I think the only reason I wouldn't mind being one is for the inside info reason which really isn't what the job is all about. Being that I'm only liking the idea for all the wrong reasons I figure I am really not the right guy.
The other aspect is that Crunchie has become a huge contributor to the forum on the MMA front. His efforts make the shoes a great source of info for upcoming events, analysis of relevant issues such as referee and org comparisons and just articles about fighters and news from the sport. Basically Crunchie is kind of the heart and soul of the mma forum while being a great contributing member to many of the other forums.
When you factor Crunchie's efforts into the equation and the fact that he is a stand up guy it seems to me he is the only candidate. No offense Wimmer you know I view you as one of the good guys and a great poster. The fact is Crunchie is a huge part of what makes the shoes great. He stands alone with regards to effort, organization and attention to detail. No one else is putting in time and effort like he is or displays the kind of interest in combat sports that he does.
