When former Bellator middleweight champion Hector Lombard was signed to the UFC, many speculated that he should just be given a shot at current middleweight champion of Anderson Silva. Mark Munoz wasn’t one of those guys. Munoz thought that he should have to earn his way up through the top of the division like everyone else, and that so far his run in the UFC backs that up.
