Herschel Walker may be 51 years old but still would like one more go in the cage and hopes to do it inside the Octagon before calling it a career.

"I'd love to do it again. I absolutely love MMA. I think it's an excellent sport." Walker told MMAJunkie.com.

Before that could happen, UFC President Dana White would go have to give the green light and when asked this weekend about the possibility of having the former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL Hall of Famer inside the cage, he seemed unsure.

"I'll have to talk to him. First of all, the athletic commission would have to approve that."

Walker, who holds a 2-0 record, last fought in January 2011. He would be the second oldest fighter to compete for the UFC if a bout were to come to fruition. Ron Van Clief was the oldest when he fought at UFC 4.
