Since I started training, I've made changes to my lifestyle.
Junk food has been 100% eliminated
Protein intake increased
Red meat limited
More vegetables
More fruits
Started taking fish oil and vitamins
Started lifting weights again
I'm eating more throughout the day, instead of 3 big meals.
All of these have lead to great results, but is there anything more I can do?
