Melvin Guillard and Jamie Varner were set to square off at the last UFC on FOX event, but an illness forced Varner off of the card just hours before the fight. Guillard took to the media to say Varner was ducking him and that he’d simply wanted out of the fight. Now they are scheduled to square off again, and is Guillard still pretty fired up about what manifested last time.
Recently the Fuel TV commentating staff, which includes future UFC heavyweight and Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix winner Daniel Cormier, broke down why they thought emotions might play a role into this fight and whether that would be a good or bad thing for the involved individuals…
