Jon Jones Wants to Make Movies

UFC light heavyweight champ Jon Jones has seen his MMA career skyrocket over the past two years thanks to an impressive run of dominant victories over Top 10 opponents such as Rashad Evans, Quinton Jackson, Lyoto Machida, and Mauricio Rua. Now it appears the 25-year old is ready to take things to the next level.

According to a series of Tweets from “Bones”, he spent time in Hollywood this week meeting with movie studios and has already inked a tentative deal to star in an upcoming project. No details were provided in terms of the role or film.

A number of other fighters have crossed over into the industry since the sport’s surge in popularity including Cung Le, Randy Couture, and Georges St-Pierre.
