Yeah, my gym doesn't officially let the n00bs spar until the instructor deems us ready (though I did in an open mat session yesterday). So even though my cardio and technique still suck, the instructor thought enough of my effort that I was asked to join the "elite combat program" or whatever. :big_boss:
