my new current training schedule

Monday - kickboxing

Tuesday - no-gi/wrestling

Wednesday - BJJ in a gi

Thursday - weight lifting/strength training

Friday - kickboxing

Sat/Sun - rest

Pretty much a full time schedule, I'll keep it up as long as I can but realistically I won't be able to do it when I go back to working full time again.

my meals usually look like this

breakfast - 3 eggs and a salad

lunch - sandwich

dinner - chicken or turkey based food
