Sergio Pettis (pictured) will make his sophomore appearance in the UFC against veteran Alex Caceres at UFC on FOX 10.
The UFC announced the bantamweight affair Thursday.
Pettis was solid in his highly-anticipated big league debut last month in a unanimous decision victory over Will Campuzano. “The Phenom” takes a perfect 10-0 professional record into the toughest fight of his career.
Caceres will be riding a three-fight winning streak into the shootout. It would be four had “Bruce Leeroy” not flunked a post-fight drug test for marijuana metabolites after March’s split decision victory, which was subsequently overturned to a no contest, against Kyung Ho Kang.
The 135-pound affair will appear in the night’s prelims.
United Center in Chicago, Illinois hosts the festivities. FOX will broadcast the main card live starting at 8PM ET/5PM PT.
