UFC on Fox 11 has a date and location, as the UFC announced tonight that they're heading to Orlando, Fla., on April 19.
The event also has its first two confirmed fights, as Fabricio Werdum will fight Travis Browne, and Miesha Tate will take on Liz Carmouche.
A main event has not been set for the event, meaning the Werdum-Browne bout will no longer be the five-round fight Werdum believed it to be in a recent interview.
That fight was originally tied to a March 23 event in Brazil, but will instead take place a few weeks later. Both fighters are on winning streaks in the UFC's heavyweight division, and the winner is expected to get the next fight at Cain Velasquez when the UFC Heavyweight Champion returns from injury later this year.
As for Tate and Carmouche, the two former UFC Title challengers will hope to avoid a third loss inside the Octagon. Tate was defeated by Cat Zingano in her debut, but got a fight with Ronda Rousey when Zingano blew out her knee in the spring. Carmouche fought Rousey in the first ever UFC Women's Title bout, and while she added a win over Jessica Andrade last summer, she lost to Alexis Davis in her third UFC fight in November.
